The yearning to participate in the conscious evolution of mankind and the world is deeply ingrained within our beings.
My parents, of blessed memory, instilled in me a profound love of Hashem, Am Yisrael, Eretz Yisrael, and of the Torah.
In light of my inspired upbringing, I discovered, early in my childhood, my longing, to participate in the redemption of our people,
on many enchanted mornings, as a little girl, I would prance outdoors and sing praises to the Lord. I remember sensing G-d whispering
to me, filling me with sublime ecstasy. How I longed to share my happiness with others, for the glory of G-d.
Suddenly, during my early adolescence, my family was engulfed by tragedy and I fell into a personal decline from hope,
and a gradual denial of my worth, however, my conscious contact with G-d never completely severed. Well into my adulthood and
surrounded by ever increasing chaos, I made a decision to become part of the solution rather than part of the problem no matter what.
I took upon myself to find my way back to the beginning, the "Bereishis", to the pristine yearning for G-d, to the undisallutioned hope from the the dawn of my life.
I was lead on a quest to experience many blessed avenues back to my true essence and to the reenchantment of all existence with the blessing of the Creator.
It is my true belief that every Jew, consciously or unconsciously, possesses this intrinsic longing to be part of the light of redemption. This is true individually, as an inner striving to discover our personal relation to the divine, and collectively, to join "Kneset Yisrael" in the return of our people and the "Shechinah" to Zion. It is also my belief that we are each challenged to exert our free will, to cleave unto the light through the thick and thin of our lives. The choice remains ours at every moment to succumb to the darkness or to elevate it, consciously, into the light of Hashem's unconditional love. We can choose to bemoan the darkness or to be beacons of light unto others and ourselves along the path of ascension.
Along my path, I was presented a challenge to care for my ailing mother and not to give up on the hope that I could help her, nor to underestimate the value of her life even as she lay in a severely demented state. My search beyond convention led me over the years to extensive training in complementary medicine, to an approach toward health, which encompasses the soul and the spirit. What miracles I gratefully witnessed, in my own recovery and in the recovery of other dear people!
Central to my search was the belief that all healing is, in its core, a return unto Hashem as he dwells within us. I was certified in many methods of energy healing and meridian based therapies but I always prayed to establish a mode of healing that sprung out of our Jewish essence.
For me, personally, that mode is what I call "Bereishis Healing," evoking through prayer and through unconditional love for ourselves and for others, an unpeeling layer upon layer, of core trauma, pain, illness, and dis-ease, progressively revealing our true essence, as cherished children and honored servants of our Creator.
I am great full to Hashem to be writing these words from our home in the Judean hills at this wondrous time in our nation's history, and I am especially grateful for my beloved seven children, G-d bless them.
